I got into cybersecurity by learning how systems break, then getting obsessed with catching it before anyone else does. That curiosity turned into a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (Cyber Security) from JNTU Hyderabad, and eventually into a win on the international stage: at the Indo-Dutch Cyber Security School 2025, my team was handed a live scenario, a NATO Summit, and asked to think like an attacker. We mapped the threat actors, the entry points, the failure modes. We won Challenge 3, sponsored by Hunt & Hackett.

Since then, my lab hours have gone into the parts of security most people only read about: running penetration tests with Burp Suite and OWASP ZAP against real vulnerabilities, pulling evidence off disk images with FTK Imager and Autopsy, watching packets move through Wireshark until the anomaly finally shows itself. I also built PhishGuard from scratch, a phishing detection system that scores URLs in real time and catches 94% of threats across 1,000+ tested links. Not a tutorial project. Something that actually works.

What I bring to a team: a habit of thinking like an adversary before I think like a defender, a lab-tested toolkit across VAPT, DFIR, and threat intelligence (MITRE ATT&CK, IOC analysis, SIEM fundamentals), and the kind of self-directed drive that secured an international competition win before my first full-time role. I'm looking for a Security/SOC Analyst, VAPT, or DFIR position where that curiosity can be channeled into solving complex, real-world security challenges.
